Tanbae is owned and operated by Tanbae Group. Tanbae (“we”, “us”, “our”) and its website located at www.tanbae.com (the “site”) are subject to the terms and conditions set forth in our Terms of Service Agreement and this Privacy Policy (this “Privacy Policy”).

This privacy policy sets out how Tanbae protects and uses any information that you provide Tanbae when you use any services offered by Tanbae, including but not limited to the site. This Privacy Policy should be read together with, and is a part of, our Terms of Service Agreement.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or delete portions of this Privacy Policy at any time without further notice. You should occasionally visit this page to review the current Privacy Policy so you are aware of any revision to which you are bound. 2. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. 8. DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
